It’s no secret that working in agriculture usually means you’re active, often stressed and subject to injury more than the average human being on this planet. That’s my why and the whole structure behind my journey to becoming a certified personal trainer and launching VITALITY, my introductory 9 week fitness program.

About VITALITY

My first fitness program, The 6 Week Fitness Foundation, was a huge success in 2024 and I was so incredibly honored to work with over 200 women on their health and fitness goals in my first year as a certified personal trainer. I'm not going to lie… coming back into the fitness space was intimidating and kind of scary for me. I took a few years away to heal my relationship with my body and stop chasing results to see ‘success’ in my business.

 On top of that, I was so worried that nobody would do my workouts or that they would hate them. I knew I had found the ‘secret sauce’ for my busy life in agriculture, but those damn limiting beliefs almost stopped me.

I've taken all of the feedback from my first program to enhance things. I hear you, having all the weights is expensive when you start with nothing. We are all much stronger than we think and growing that weight collection can be spendyyyy. This program will be a little different in the aspect that you won't need quite as many weights to start because we'll be training in a different way. You'll still need dumbbells, but the huge range of those should be decreased because:

  1. endurance training, and

  2. other simple equipment that’s affordable

My VITALITY program is a 9 week program with 3 phases where we will continue to progress. The first phase is very foundational and makes it possible for any fitness level to start. We'll spend 9 weeks together building a SOLID foundation (modifications & advancements available depending on your current fitness level & lifestyle) and building throughout each phase. This is all in an exclusive app.

You'll see 4 workouts each week that are right around 35-45 minutes:

  • upper body

  • lower body

  • total body

  • cardio (don't worry, we make it fun – not your grandmas cardio style!)

There will also be additional stretching and mobility videos available that you can use as needed based on how you are feeling and your assessments.

 All you need is a few sets of weights (light to medium range for you), a set of resistance bands and resistance sliders (I'll share an amazon link to the ones in the group I have if you don't have any) & a space to workout! Bonus points if you have more equipment, but not required! This program is designed to do at home, but you can totally take it to the gym too!

FAQs

Is this program for beginners?

Yes! Modifications and advancements are available so it’s perfect for anyone from a total beginner to intermediate. We keep it really foundational and simple in the first phase and slowly build upon that foundation throughout the 3 phases.

What is the cost of the program?

$99.99 for the 9 week of workouts + prep week before we kickoff.

What do I need for equipment?

Light-medium dumbbells, resistance loops and sliders. I will send direct links to the loops and sliders I have once you sign up! They’re both very cheap and a great tool to have.

Will I have access to the workouts afterwards?

The workouts will be left up and available for 4 weeks after the completion of the 9 week program. This allows time for life, going back to finish up or do any workouts you liked again! After that, you will not have access to my workouts unless you repeat or move into my monthly membership.

What’s the structure of this program?

4 workouts per week. Upper body, lower body, cardio + core and full body! 35-45 minute workouts including your warm-up and cooldown.

Do I have to do the workouts at a set time?

Nope! They’re available in the app at anytime. It’s not a long 40 minute video to watch, but rather short clips showcasing the moves with form tips and cues. They are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday but you can move around as needed because I get it, life happens!
