Where fitness meets agriculture.

It’s no secret that working in agriculture usually means you’re active, often stressed and subject to injury more than the average human being on this planet. That’s my why and the whole structure behind my journey to becoming a certified personal trainer and launching VITALITY, my introductory 9 week fitness program.

VITALITY: the state of being strong and active, or more importantly: a feeling of aliveness

ABOUT THAT FIT AGVOCATE’S FITNESS PROGRAMS

My first fitness program, The 6 Week Fitness Foundation, was a huge success in 2024 and I was so incredibly honored to work with over 200 women on their health and fitness goals in my first year as a certified personal trainer. I'm not going to lie… coming back into the fitness space was intimidating and kind of scary for me. I took a few years away to heal my relationship with my body and stop chasing results to see ‘success’ in my business. That continued in 2025 with a 9 week program called VITALITY.

I've taken all of the feedback from my first two programs to enhance things. In addition, I’ve wanted to add a splash of ENERGY into my program too. The

It's TIMEEEE!!! Officially time to introduce you to my brand new 2026 introductory fitness program!!! 

This one's bringing NEW energy with some of the same foundational pieces I've implemented into the last 2 years of programs as a personal trainer. The program is still very foundational – ideal for beginners and those with some fitness experience. There will be modifications and advancements as always, plus some new stuff that has me so freaking excited! So, here's the nitty gritty details!

FIRE & FLOURISH is a 6 week fitness program designed by yours truly. It's for those in the beginner & intermediate fitness levels. There will be 4 workouts each week. All around 35-45 minutes in length including your warm-up and cooldowns. 

You will need dumbbells, resistance loops, sliders and yourself! Bonus points if you have a way to watch a few of these workouts on a screen if desired on kickboxing days and a speaker to jam out.

Each week, you will see a mix of resistance workouts with dumbbells, functional full body days and brand new: KICKBOXING to bring some fun to the cardio side of things (and a great stress reliever!)

Majority of the workouts will be self paced as normal – meaning there will be as short few minute video showing the move and then you roll on your own. The kickboxing days will be a longer (30-40 minute) video you will follow along with. I'll be leading it mic'd up and have music we kickbox to. You can totally watch on a phone, but it will be more enjoyable on a computer sized screen or larger. (links will be unlisted on YouTube for reference – smart TVs, tablets, screensharing, airplay, etc. are options you would have!)

So to those of you who have done VITALITY and enjoyed the slight bit of boxing… there's a whole lot more to come in 2026! It's going to be FUN and so badass too.

The entire reason I became a personal trainer in 2023 was because I wanted to create programs for WOMEN in agriculture that complement the lifestyle, not contradict. This means the workouts needs to fit into the chaos of our lives and improve the things we do, not stress us out. It also means my mission was to make an affordable program that's still enough of an investment that it holds you accountable too, and pays my bills! We're talking less than $10 a week over here for set workouts, access to a community for accountability, resources, support and more. 

So yeah, that didn't change either. :)

FIRE & FLOURISH is a 6 week program with a week of prep ahead of time. 7 weeks of time together. (with 3 weeks access to the workouts after we wrap out to allow you to finish up if needed of course)

That means it's $10 a week. Same structure we've been rolling with, with NEW energy and so much fun to come. We are also going to have a kickoff call with EVERYONE in the group before we start too.

Is this program for beginners?

Yes! Modifications and advancements are available so it’s perfect for anyone from a total beginner to intermediate. We keep it really foundational and simple in the first phase and slowly build upon that foundation throughout the 3 phases.

What is the cost of the program?

$69.99 for the 6 week of workouts + prep week before we kickoff.

What do I need for equipment?

Light-medium dumbbells, resistance loops and sliders. I will send direct links to the loops and sliders I have once you sign up! They’re both very cheap and great tools!

Will I have access to the workouts afterwards?

The workouts will be left up and available for 3 weeks after the completion of the 6 week program. This allows time for life, going back to finish up or do any workouts you liked again! After that, you will not have access to my workouts unless you repeat or move into my monthly membership.

What’s the structure of this program?

4 workouts per week. A Mix of dumbbell strength training, bodyweight functional fitness & kickboxing. 35-45 minute workouts including your warm-up and cooldown.

Do I have to do the workouts at a set time?

Nope! They’re available in the app at anytime. They are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday but you can move around as needed because I get it, life happens!
